Robert J. Howe has published science fiction and fantasy in Analog, Newer York, Pulphouse, Salon, Weird Tales, and a handful of other magazines and anthologies. He has written newspaper columns for the Brooklyn Paper and the Eugene Weekly, and is co-editor (with John Ordover) of Coney Island Wonder Stories, a fiction anthology of the playland's past, present and future. He is a graduate of the Clarion Writer's Workshop at Michigan State University, and has a BA in history and journalism from Brooklyn College. With William Shunn he runs the 8th of February Group, a New York-based writer's workshop in science fiction and fantasy.
